Implementation of UNDP projects

We have extensive experience in implementing foreign development assistance through open calls within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Aid for Trade

Implementation of Aid for Trade projects

We have extensive experience in the implementation of projects under the Aid for Trade programme of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, which aims to support economic development in partner countries by strengthening trade capacities and transferring know-how. The programme focuses on priority countries for Czech foreign development cooperation, including Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine, where we have successfully implemented projects aimed at strengthening the business environment and sustainable economic activity. We connect the needs of developing economies with the Czech business environment and support Czech exports, contributing to long-term sustainable trade relations. European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

Development of EBRD projects

We have in-depth knowledge and experience in preparing bids under European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) projects, which support economic transformation and sustainable development in developing and transition economies. Interreg Europe (2021 – 2027)

Implementation of Interreg Danube / Interreg Adapt projects

We have extensive experience in the preparation of application forms and the actual implementation of projects under the Interreg Europe 2021-2027 programme, which supports interregional cooperation and exchange of good practice between European regions. As a member of the Czech Smart City Cluster, we are actively involved in the implementation of the Interreg Danube project, which aims to facilitate the international transport of people with disabilities in the Danube region. The Interreg Danube programme focuses on strengthening innovation, sustainable transport and better governance in the countries along the Danube with an emphasis on cross-border cooperation. This project perfectly reflects our expertise in transport, our experience in project management and our ability to communicate effectively, which allows us to engage a wide range of stakeholders - from carriers to organisations representing people with disabilities. Our expertise includes strategically preparing project applications, leading project activities and ensuring quality management of deliverables, contributing to the effective implementation of innovative solutions. Our experience enables us to link regional needs with European strategies, thereby promoting sustainable development and improving accessibility to public services across Europe.

International Visegrad Fund

Development of projects from the Visegrad Fund

We have valuable experience in preparing bids and establishing cooperation in projects funded by the International Visegrad Fund, which supports regional partnerships between the V4 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary) and the wider Central European region. Visegrad Grants projects focus on cross-border cooperation, innovation, support for civil society, sustainable development and sharing of know-how between organisations from different countries. Our experience includes the rigorous preparation of project applications, the identification of key partners and the formulation of strategic development plans that reflect the needs of the region while aligning with the Fund's priorities. Government Delegation

Development of international relations

We actively participate in the development of international relations through participation in government delegations, where we represent Czech know-how and promote international cooperation in key sectors. Our representatives repeatedly participate in official missions, mainly focused on Eastern Europe, the Balkans and Central America, where we establish strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for development cooperation and business expansion. Recently, we have been very active in Azerbaijan, where we have been involved in creating new contacts and opportunities in the areas of infrastructure, smart technologies and sustainable development. With our experience in international project management and our ability to connect the public and private sectors, we contribute to strengthening economic ties and long-term development of partner regions.
